Guarantee and Returns:Returns:If the product is found unsatisfactorily within 30 days of the invoice date, simply return the unused/unopened cartridge for a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges. To process your return, please contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Your RA number must accompany all returned merchandise. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, with our RA visibly written on the mailing label. When returning the item to Direct Express Office Supplies please enclose a copy of your original invoice and a completed Return Authorization Form. All returns, if accepted, must be in re-salable condition. Inner packing, if any, must remain unopened and free of any markings, labels, etc. Return Authorization FormDefective Product:Defective products must be reported within 90 days of the invoice date. If you receive a defective product, Direct Express Office Supplies Inc. will send you a replacement cartridge. You will be sent an Art label for you to return the defective cartridge.
